Restored 16th-Century Farmhouse near Siena, Tuscany
Villas
4 bedrooms · 4 bathrooms · 510 m²
A beautifully restored 16th-century farmhouse conveying the cozy and warm atmosphere of classic Tuscan houses, located in the heart of Tuscany between the city of Siena and the Tyrrhenian coast, near the village of Radicondoli.
The estate, with a total area of 510 m² and an adjoining plot of just under 1 ha, includes a main house and guest house, a patio with summer kitchen, a spacious spa and relaxation area, and an underground garage. The current owner, an architect, restored the building over 10 years and fully demonstrated his architectural talents in the work, paying careful attention to every detail of this unique estate.
The main building has been restored from a 16th-century original mill. During restoration, the designer preserved and enhanced typical elements of local architecture, intentionally leaving the external appearance unchanged; the facade finish and windows retained their historical authenticity. The interior of the house was completely renovated and decorated using modern materials.
The entrance to the main house passes through the patio and leads to an open-plan kitchen with dining area and a large living room; on the same floor there is an additional lounge area, a bathroom, and a small wine room.
On the second floor are a spacious master bedroom and a second bedroom with a bathroom.
The guest house is located on the other side of the inner courtyard and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms with a bathroom on the second floor.
