It depends on the country and the type of deal. The basic set is a passport, a tax identification number, proof of the source of funds (a bank statement or a contract) and a notarized power of attorney if you are not traveling. The lawyer for your destination will draw up the exact list for your case.

Send the contract and your latest correspondence with the developer to [email protected] — we’ll prepare a written review of the situation and an action plan. We’ll help you recover the deposit or switch to another property where that is possible.
