Land Plot for Development in Artenara, Tenerife

A 916 m² land plot with sea view for building a house.

A 65,000 m² land plot with a building containing 4 apartments. The land has rural soil, situated in a depression with a small ravine formed by the natural terrain. A dam-type reservoir has been built to store water from a common source for agricultural irrigation, with additional capacity from natural rainwater runoff. The level of urbanization allows for various utilities to be installed for drinking water supply, agricultural irrigation and electricity. The existing structures can be renovated for residential use. Access to the Adeje-Playa-San-Juan highway (TF-47) between Amaba and Callao-Salvaje.

Urban land plot of 3,793 m² in an urbanized zone. The plot is fully serviced and integrated into the municipal infrastructure, with excellent access to the existing road network and equipped with all necessary utilities: street lighting, water supply, telephone, sewage and sewer system. It can be used for residential construction. The current owner has prepared a development plan distributed over two stories with one parking space per unit. The plan calls for 30 duplexes (with garage), arranged in two rows parallel to the road. The first row has 18 units, the second row has 12. They will be arranged in a staggered pattern to ensure natural light and preserve views of Teide. A private internal road runs between the building rows for emergency vehicle access.
