2-Bedroom Apartment in Historic Building, Milan

Upon entering you will be enchanted by the quality of the finishes: from very high ceilings with classical design plasterwork to wall decor present in every room; the original antique floors of the entrance and corridors are laid with colored cement tiles and Greek frames, while in the other rooms herringbone parquet has been treated and given a warm dark tone. Light plays a major role both in the double living room with a balcony and in the two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has its own balcony, as well as in a large study with a balcony. In the two large bathrooms with windows, bathroom fixtures and accessories match the retro style of the entire apartment with an exquisite choice of English faucets. The master bathroom has a bathtub and shower, the latter made of Bisazza glass mosaic.

During the recent renovation, the double entrance with a reinforced door was preserved, and the apartment is equipped with a smart home system with electric blinds, an alarm system, an independent air conditioning system and central heating with individual meters.
