Access to the plot is from the western side.
The project plans for:
Two pedestrian roads. The northern route leads to the premises, and on that level there is parking for 54 vehicles with ground-floor entrance. The southern access leads to parking for 79 vehicles. The garage is designed to be maximally accessible to visitors for convenient use of underground parking. The garage ramp is 5–7% grade. Parking spaces measure 270x500 cm. Delivery vehicle access is available from the southern side. Delivery vehicles use the road leading to the garage and then to the eastern side of the commercial building, where storage rooms are located. Pedestrian entrance is possible from the western side through the parking area and a large entrance terrace (partially shaded, partially covered by a pergola) or from the pathway with elevators and stairs from the basement.
