Designed by Nikos Giapitzis, it is a contemporary architectural work where form and function combine effectively.
The villa's generously proportioned interiors open onto expansive, multidimensional terraces. The magnificent Cretan sun is skillfully managed and distributed throughout the space. The restrained, subtle aesthetic of the architecture was conceived as a counterpoint to the splendor of the Cretan sun and the virtuosity of the views. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the varied shades of green of the Apokoronas countryside and the bright, uplifting hues of the sea and sky.
