Historic Villa with Landscaped Gardens on Lake Como, Italy

The villa comprises 9 spacious rooms with large windows, from each of which there is a unique view of the lake and mountains. On the ground floor of the villa there is a large terrace overlooking Lake Como, a spacious hall, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen with a fireplace, and a bathroom. On the 2nd and 3rd floors there are 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The spacious kitchen with an antique fireplace is equipped with all modern appliances.

The fireplace hall and all bedrooms are finished with natural silk produced by the finest family manufacturers on Lake Como. An 18th-century chandelier once decorated the Chinese Embassy in Paris (the only one in the world) and now adorns this villa with its brilliance. In 2011 the villa was fully restored, with original stucco and ceilings restored, hand-laid floors of rare marble varieties, walls decorated with frescoes in the ancient Italian graffito technique by the hands of a renowned master who specializes exclusively in the restoration of architectural monuments. The hall and the small living room are decorated with hand-painted wallpapers — the printing blocks for which are protected by UNESCO and dated to the early 17th century.
