Geor. Kedrinou — a small street with typical downtown construction, where buildings stand wall to wall.
Ampelokipi — a clean residential neighborhood in northeast Athens from the Acropolis. The area is clean with developed amenities, cozy squares and shaded streets, with direct metro access to the city center and Piraeus port. There is plenty of green space and affluent middle-class residents.
Ampelokipi is dominated by older residential buildings from the 60s and 70s — the project will stand out favorably against this background.
The Acropolis is 15 minutes away by metro from the project. Ampelokipi and Panormou metro stations are about 7–10 minutes' walk away.
Alexandros Avenue is 400 m from the building. It is home to the central office of the Greek Ministry of Interior, the main judicial department, bank offices and branches, two large hospitals, the Athens School of Economics, small and medium businesses.
Popular walking destinations Mount Lycabettus and Ares Park are 1 km from the building.
